Sponsorship by household

- Limit of one sponsoree per household: Each household is allowed to sponsor only one sponsoree. This means that only one member of the household can benefit from the sponsorship program as a godchild. We implement this limit to ensure a fair distribution of program benefits.
- Verification of information: As part of our commitment to preventing potential abuse, we reserve the right to verify information provided by participants regarding their household. This may include verifications of address, surname or other relevant details to confirm that they are indeed separate households.

Any attempt to circumvent these guidelines may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or deactivation of the referral account.

Commission

- Exclusion of shipping costs: Commissions are calculated on the amount of orders excluding VAT, excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs are not included in the commission calculation. This allows you to focus on the actual value of the products or services ordered by your referrals.
- Form of commission: The commissions you earn will be paid out in the form of store credit. This means you’ll receive an amount in store credit corresponding to the total of your accumulated commissions. The store credit can be used for future purchases in our online store.
Store credit
Store credit accumulation: Each time you successfully refer a new customer who places an order, you accumulate commissions which are converted into store credit. The amount of your store credit is the total of your accumulated commissions.
Use of store credit: Shop credit can be used for future purchases in our online store. When you place an order, we will offer you the option of deducting the amount available in boutique credit when you confirm your order. This allows you to benefit from a discount on your own purchases by using the store credit accumulated thanks to your referrals.
Store credit accumulation: Shop credit can be accumulated as you earn commissions. There’s no limit to the amount of store credit you can accumulate. The more customers you refer, the more your boutique credit increases, allowing you to benefit from additional discounts on future purchases.
Non-refundability of boutique credit: It’s important to note that boutique credit is non-refundable. It is exclusively intended to be used for purchases in our online store. We therefore encourage you to use it responsibly to benefit from discounts on your orders.
Prohibitions
We want our referral program to be aimed exclusively at private customers. It is therefore strictly forbidden to sponsor breeders or any other type of professional.
Use of abusive marketing techniques: It is forbidden to use abusive marketing methods to promote your referral code. This includes spamming, sending unsolicited bulk messages, using false accounts or information, or any other unethical practice.
Sponsoring minors: It is forbidden to sponsor minors. The sponsorship program is intended for adult customers only.
Use of false profiles or multiple identities: It is strictly forbidden to use false profiles or to create multiple accounts to accumulate commissions fraudulently. Each participant may only have one active account.
Use of fraudulent or manipulative methods: It is strictly forbidden to use fraudulent or manipulative methods to obtain commissions unfairly. This includes the use of techniques such as buying fictitious products, manipulating orders or any other fraudulent behavior.
Use of unauthorized referral codes: It is strictly forbidden to use referral codes that have not been officially assigned to you. The use of unauthorized referral codes may result in disqualification from the referral program.
Program changes
Right to change: We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of our referral program at any time, without prior notice. This allows us to adapt to the changing needs of our business and to continually improve the experience of program participants. Modifications may include, but are not limited to, adjustments to commission rates, changes in benefits offered or conditions of participation.

Retroactivity of changes: Changes to the sponsorship program will generally not have retroactive effect.
