We Are Moving – Important Information About Your Orders

We’re super excited, but a bit of logistics is required. Here’s what you need to know about some adjustments for your orders:

Extended Processing Times: Throughout December, orders may take 2 to 3 extra days to process. Customer service response times might also be slightly slower than usual.

Temporary Suspension of Orders and Shipments:
December 16–22
December 24, 25, 26, and 31

Our Tips to Avoid Stress:
Order Early: We recommend placing your orders before December 9 to ensure timely delivery.
If you have a subscription, consider adjusting the renewal date to avoid interruptions.

Delivery Information

At Zoodirect, we do our best to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible. We work with TNT and DPD carriers to provide you with fast and reliable delivery.

Tracking your package and delivery delays

If you have any questions about your delivery, or if it is delayed, we recommend that you first check the tracking of your parcel. Use the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation e-mail to obtain up-to-date information on the location of your parcel. In the event of persistent delays or problems, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department for help and answers.

Parcel delivery times

Our packages are generally handed over to the carrier the same day if you place your order before 10am on a working day. You can expect to receive your package within 2 to 5 working days after it leaves our warehouse. Please note that factors such as payment method, choice of carrier, public holidays and weather conditions may affect delivery times.

Click & Collect

Choose to collect your order from our warehouse in Luxembourg using the Click & Collect option. Once your order is ready, you’ll be informed by e-mail, which will include the pick-up address and our opening hours. It’s a fast, convenient way to pick up your order at your convenience.

Pallet delivery

Orders weighing more than 240 kg are delivered on pallets. Please ensure that you are present at the time of delivery, and that the delivery site is accessible to trucks. This method of delivery is suitable for bulky consignments and requires special care to ensure smooth receipt.

Delivery rates by country

We offer international deliveries to certain countries, the rates and conditions of which are shown in our table. Please note that delivery charges are applied per parcel and that orders exceeding 29 kg will be shipped in several parcels according to their weight. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and the carrier used.

Pallet shipments are subject to specific conditions and are not available for all destinations. If you have orders requiring delivery by pallet and cannot find the option of shipment by truck, please contact our customer service department for further information and solutions adapted to your situation.
